YDF URGES GOVERNMENT TO COUNSEL PEOPLE OVER NAPSA PARTIAL PAY OUTS

The Youth Development Foundation -YDF- says the Government should have sensitized the people on the bill before passing it to the President to ascent.
YDF Executive Director Chinoya Muyeye tells Mafken FM radio in an exclusive interview that, there is little information about the bill and people are just excited without fully understanding it, citing that, majority of people want money for consumption and not for productive purposes.
Mr Muyeye has appealed to the National Pension Scheme Authority -NAPSA –to provide people with established guidance as they will be giving people partial payments, so that, they are guided and counselled on how to spend the money prudently.
