The Community Action Against Corruption -CAAC- has advised Zambians not to blame the chronic behaviour of Political cadres harassing citizens in public places like markets and bus stations on Political Parties, but, should instead blame the Zambia Police Service.
Speaking in an interview with Mafken FM radio, CAAC-Chief Executive Officer Brightone Tembo says Political Party Carders harassing innocent people is a sign of compromise and failure on the professionalism of the Zambia Police.
Mr Tembo says Zambians should realise that, what causes carderism is the biased and selective application of Law and Order by the Zambia Police, who treat ruling Party carders differently from opposition carders.
Recently, United Party for National Development-UPND- Lusaka Province Chairman Obvious Mwaliteta accused the Opposition Patriotic Front of unleashing cadres to harass motorists and Marketeers in some parts of Lusaka.
