HH RECEIVES HONORARY DOCTORATE

President Hakainde Hichilema has been bestowed with the honorary doctorate by the Valley View University in Accra, Ghana.
This is in recognition of President Hichilema’s fight against corruption, and robust economic reforms benefiting Zambians.
The University has also praised President Hichilema for being a role model across Africa and for spearheading a comprehensive economic agenda to attract investment and diversify the Zambian economy.
This was at the first Special Congregation Ceremony for the conferment of honorary Degrees.
And Speaking after the conferment, President Hichilema said education is the best equaliser in life, as it can impact positively on lives.
He said it is important to invest in education for children, irrespective of their background.
President Hichilema said there is need to diversity the education system in Africa, so that citizens can develop their economies.
Meanwhile, President Hichilema said those in Public Office must distinguish between Public money and Private money.
