Police warn and Caution lawyer Nchima Nchito

Police in Lusaka have recorded a Warn and Caution Statement from lawyer Nchima Nchito for producing forged documents to Court.

Lusaka Magistrate, Alice Walusiku has ruled that the defense lawyers for Marshlands Directors, led by Mr. Nchito tendered into Court, forged Covid-19 medical records.

This is in the case where Marshlands Directors; Tobias Haanyimbo Milambo, Richard Lubemba and Nachi Musonda are appearing in the magistrate Court charged with fraudulently changing shareholding of Ultimate Insurance Company.

Police summoned Mr. Nchito to Lusaka Central Police for questioning.Zambia Police Service acting spokesperson Danny Mwale has confirmed the development to Mafken FM Radio
