K1.7 Billion COVID funds go missing.

Over 1 point 7 Billion Kwacha COVID 19 funds have been mismanaged by the Ministry of Health and its agents.
This is according to the Auditor General’s office, audit of the COVID 19 resources.
And the Ministry of Health has also failed to account for the donation from the Jack Ma foundation.
Jack Ma foundation gave Zambia Two Hundred Thousand COVID 19 test kits, One million facemasks, One Thousand medical protective suits and shields.
Other irregularities include irregular transfer of over 60 Million kwacha of GRZ funds to a commercial bank and over payment of daily substance allowances.
