Mufulira’s Shinde Ward Business Women Receive a Boost

Business women from Kantanshi’s Shinde Ward in Mufulira District have been empowered with capital to grow their businesses by their ward councillor Teddy Chilufya.
Mr. Chilufya says the financial empowerment has come after noticing the efforts being made by women to survive through their small businesses amidst the current economic situation in the country.
He emphasises that growing small businesses in communities will help in growing the country’s economy and reduce poverty levels.
Meanwhile, the beneficiaries have thanked Mr.Chilufya for his financial support, promising to utilise the resources towards growing their businesses.
