Mufulira Welder Complains Over Long Hours Of Load-shedding

A Mufulira based Welder Fidelis Mwango has called on Zesco to consider providing power to residents during the day time.
Mr.Mwango feels that having power between midnight and 05 hours is illogical and is killing small businesses.
He says him and other welders in the District are now failing to do their job because power is only being restored at midnight. He fears that his family may die of starvation if the current power schedule continues.
Mr. Mwango has since appealed to the local authorities to engage Zesco and ensure that a rotational schedule is put in place for residents to be having power during the day.
