Mufulira Bus Drivers Call For Urgent Repairs on Mufulira-Mokambo Road

Bus drivers operating along the Mufulira-Mokambo road have expressed frustration over government’s perceived delay in addressing the poor state of the road, despite multiple promises for repairs.
The drivers, speaking to Mafken News, raised concerns that with the onset of the rainy season, the road will become worse.
They are calling on the local authority in Mufulira to utilize the earth-moving equipment procured under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) to carry out urgent maintenance on the road, as the rains continue to intensify.
