Mufulira Youth Appeals for Financial Assistance to Undergo Life-Changing Surgery

A 28-year-old youth from Zimba Compound in Mufulira District on the Copperbelt Province, is appealing for financial support to undergo surgery for a tumour on his head that has severely impacted his life.
Edward Kabaso, who has lived with the tumour since childhood, explained to Mafken News that the growth now covers part of his head, making daily life difficult.
Kabaso, who tragically lost his parents at the age of three, said local hospitals have referred him to the University Teaching Hospital (UTH) in Lusaka for surgery.
However, financial constraints have prevented him from reaching UTH to receive the necessary treatment.
