Government Calls For The Relaunching Of Accountants Training

Government has challenged the National institute of public administration NIPA to relaunch the training of accountants in the public service.
Acting Accountant General in the ministry of finance Emmy Chenguluka, says doing so will help restore and ensure integrity and accountability in the usage of public funds.
She was speaking in Lusaka during the relaunch of the training of public service accountants at NIPA, supported by GIZ, the ministry of finance and national planning
Mrs Chenguluka stressed the need for all accountants in the country to undergo the accounting training at NIPA given its recognition as endorsed by the government.
