Mufulira Residents Complain Over Filthy Public Toilets In Government Facilities

Mufulira residents have expressed concern over the bad state of toilets at the District Commissioner’s office, Magistrate Court, and Local Court in the Central Business District – CBD.
Thompson Chimbala, a concerned resident, says the toilets at Government facilities should be an example of cleanliness in the district but their deplorable state has left the public with no choice but to utilize them even in their bad state.
Another resident Able Ndalama has shared similar concerns that the toilets are not conducive for use and had described the situation as unacceptable.
The residents are calling on the relevant authorities to take immediate action to address the issue, citing health risks and damage to the town’s image.
