Pharmaceutical Society Reiterates Pilferage Of Drugs Sorely Not Done By Pharmacists Alone.

The Pharmaceutical Society of Zambia says the pilferage of medical drugs and supplies in Zambia is not entirely agitated by pharmacists.
Association president Keegan Mwape says like widely portrayed, the issue of theft of drugs is not only done by pharmacy officers but also other people in the supply chain.
Mr. Mwape has told Mafken News in Lusaka that pharmacist are under oath and that anyone found stealing medical drugs will be dealt with accordingly as such undermines the profession.
He adds that his association is collaborating well with government to see to it that the pilferage of medical drugs is curtailed.
