Opposition Democratic National Party (DNP) Leader Sydney Chiyaba has accused certain political parties of acting as surrogates, forming alliances primarily to support their financiers.
Speaking in an interview with Mafken news, Mr. Chiyaba says this is the major reason his party cannot be part of any alliances.
He has charged that what is currently existing in Zambia is head and tail relationships, where one party leads while others follow.
Mr. Chiyaba has also mentioned his party’s focus on forming government as opposed to joining any alliance.
