Mindset Zambia Condemns Plot Allocation on River Banks

Mindset Zambia Executive Director Geoffrey Musonda, criticized the allocation of plots along river banks, calling the practice unacceptable and urging for an immediate cessation.

In an interview with Mafken News, Mr Musonda emphasized that this practice poses significant environmental risks and must be halted to protect Zambia’s natural resources.

He has also highlighted the urgent need for a shift in public attitudes toward environmental conservation, particularly in light of the country’s ongoing challenges with climate change.

Additionally, he has voiced concern over high pollution levels in Kitwe and across Zambia, stressing the need for increased efforts to combat environmental degradation.
