Mufulira Central MP Not Shaken By Individuals Eyeing His Seat

Mufulira Central Member of Parliament Golden Mwila says he is not shaken by the numerous number of individuals expressing interest to contest for the Mufulira Central Parliamentary seat.
The Race to the 2026 general election is gaining momentum country wide but particularly in Mufulira central, over 17 candidates have expressed interest to contest the parliamentary seat.
But incumbent MP Mr. Mwila has urged everyone intending to unseat him that there is no vacancy in his constituency because the people of Mufulira Central have a dedicated Member of Parliament.
Speaking on Mafken FM’s express chitchat, Mr. Mwila urged his opponents to understand that the people of Mufulira Central will vote for him again because his works will speak for him.
Meanwhile Mr. Mwila has also announced that the ministry of education has released 5 million kwacha to fund the expansion of Kalindini community school in Bwanayina ward which houses many children amid the free education policy introduction.
