The campaign against the employment of foreign tanker drivers in Zambia has started.
An activist proposing against the trend Solomon Mumba has accused government of turning a blind eye to the growing problem which is mostly affecting youth unemployment in the country.
Mr Mumba has told journalists in Lusaka that many unemployed tanker drivers are still languishing on the streets minus any form of employment at the expense of foreigners.
He has since urged government to map up a strategy that will benefit local tanker drivers to directly get employment.
