Future Preneur Zambia Bemoans Delay In Completion Of CDF Projects

Future Preneur Zambia Executive Director Martin Kampamba is proposing to the ministry of local government and rural development to move away from electronic media and go on the ground to have an interface with the people to best appreciate the impact of the Constituency Development Fund-CDF.
Mr. Kampamba says it is difficult for citizens to pinpoint the projects that have been built using CDF because there is lack of sensitization on the projects thereby labelling CDF ineffective.
Meanwhile, Mr. Kampamba has raised concern over the delay in implementation of CDF projects saying the delay becomes a burden to the populace and the national treasury.
He has since called the responsible authorities to ensure they do follow ups with contractors to see to it that projects are completed on time.
