A nongovernmental organisation Future Preneurs Zambia has emphasized the need for local authorities to prioritise beneficiaries of the Constituency Development Fund CDF skills bursaries in the allocation of grants and loans for the year 2025.
Organisation Executive Director Martine Kampamba says beneficiaries of the CDF skills bursaries find it a challenge to look for employment due to lack of experience making them lose confidence in their acquired skills.
Mr.Kampamba has implored government to start helping the graduates with loans and grants to help them get established using the skills they acquire under CDF.
He worries that the skills that are being injected into the youths through CDF will be of no value to their lives if they are not helped financially.
