The Opposition United National Independent Party (UNIP) Mulenga Mwiche led faction has threatened to report the ruling UPND government to the African Union and SADC for interfering in its internal affairs.
The party recently accused the UPND government of sponsoring its internal wrangles which also resulted into the suspension of 27 senior party members that included first republican president Dr Kenneth Kaunda’s son Tiliyenji.
Secretary General Mulenga Mwiche further accused the UPND government of suffocating the Democratic space in the country by sponsoring confusions in various opposition Political parties including UNIP.
He has told Mafken News in Lusaka that such acts by the ruling party is a violation of good governance.
