Action for Development has called for the inclusion of critical road projects in the 2025 national budget, set to be presented this Friday.
The organization’s coordinator, Joseph Simumba, emphasized the need for neglected roads, particularly the Mufulira-Mokambo road, to be prioritized and completed this year.
In an exclusive interview with Mafken News, Mr. Simumba stressed the importance of capital projects aimed at revitalizing the economy, urging that they be given top priority in the budget.
He also underscored the need for enhanced skills development programs, including the provision of machinery for practical learning, particularly for students benefiting from training under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF).
