Mulungushi Ward Chairperson Urges Government to Provide Jobs for Skills Bursary Recipients

Mulungushi Ward Development Committee Chairperson Daniel Mubanga has expressed worry that youths that are being equipped with various surviving skills under the Constituency Development Fund skills bursary scholarship are still languishing in communities without employment.

Mr.Mubanga says it is pointless for government to equip the youths with skills without providing them with employment.

He has since advised government to come up with empowerment schemes that will help the trained youths to establish their businesses that are in line with their acquired skills.

However, He has thanked government for including the skills bursary component in the Constituency Development Fund.
