MUFULIRA DISTRICT WELCOMES TIME FITNESS CENTRE, UNVEILING STATE-OF-THE-ART EQUIPMENT

Mufulira town on 1st July, 2023, witnessed the grand opening of Time Fitness Centre, marking a significant milestone in the local fitness landscape.

The newly inaugurated gym boasts of state-of-the-art equipment, making it the first of its kind in the district.

Members of the public were invited for free sessions on the day of the official opening so they could familiarise themselves with the equipment which the gym has to offer.

And speaking when he officiated at the opening of the fitness Centre, Mufulira Mayor, Tanaeli Kamanga said the opening of Time Fitness Centre is a great milestone as it has state-of-the-art equipment, which he describes as being next to none.

Mr Kamanga further said that health without being fit is nothing, adding that, people should exercise more to lessen visits to hospitals.

Meanwhile, a gym enthusiast, Charles Bwalya, said he was thrilled with the development, adding that it has been a challenge for him to find a gym of this nature in Mufulira town.

The official opening was also graced by Mr Zambia Junior 2022, Mutale Musonda.
