Opposition Democratic Party president Harry Kalaba says he is aware of a ploy by some UPND members holding dark corner meetings with the Registrar of Societies, to side with the Judith Kabemba faction to bar his team from filing in nominations set for January 19, 2022.
He says no amount of frustration will stop his party from participating in the elections.
However, UPND national spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa says his party has no intention to meddle in the DP’s intra party matters.
