Basic Food Basket upped

The Jesuit Centre for Theological Reflection (JCTR) has bemoaned the drastic change in the cost of living for the months of October and November.
JCTR Social Economic Development Programme Manager Chama Mundia says the cost of living for a family for the month of November 2020 stood at K7, 126.62.
This is a K66.31 increase from K7, 060.29 recorded in October.
She adds that the increase in the basket is attributed to increase in the prices of food items on the Maket.
She said this in an interview with Mafken Radio today
