Man who clobbered Anglican Priest hands himself to Police

The Lusaka resident of Kalingalinga area who on Sunday clobbered an Anglican priest during a church service has handed himself over to police.
Police service spokesperson Esther Katongo has confirmed the arrest of the man identified as Leonard Mwale to Mafken FM Radio today.
Ms. Katongo said Mwale aged 62 handed over him self to police today.
Police have recorded a warn and caution statement from Mwale.
The Anglican priest Boniface Baleni was assaulted just right at the pulpit after an altercation with the congregant.
Apparently, the named church priest was embroiled in a tiff with church members for calling for elections in the church.
