More call for arrest of Ministry of Health Staff implicated in the abuse of Covid 19 funds

The Medical for Quality Healthcare in Zambia has strongly condemned the reported abuse and misapplication of funds donated by various stakeholders for the purpose of fighting the Covid 19 pandemic.
Organisations General Director Quince Mwabu says it is sad that revelations have come at a time when the Ministry of Health has failed to pay allowances to front liners .
Dr. Mwabu has demanded for the immediate payment of all health workers fighting Corona as promised to them by the Health Minister .
Over 0ne Point Seven Billion kwacha have gone missing as higligted in the recent Auditor General’s Report.
