18-year-old male juvenile arrested for being in possession of more than One National Registration Card.

Police in Monze have arrested an 18 year old male juvenile for the offence of being in Possession of more than One National Registration Card.
The suspect on October 9, 2020, while being represented by his uncle did obtain one green National Registration Card bearing his name and the following particulars, Muchila village, Chief Muchila, Namwala District.
On October 31, 2020 the juvenile whilst being represented by his father did obtain another NRC bearing his name, Gwalikumena village, Chief Hamusonde, Namwala District.
His father has also been detained for False Representation contrary to section 13 of Chapter 126 of the National Registration Act.
Both NRCs have been retrieved and kept in police custody as exhibits.
Zambia Police Service Acting Spokesperson Danny Mwale disclosed the development in a statement to Mafken FM Radio.
