PF in Southern Province regrets the fall of Bill 10.

The ruling PF leadership in Southern Province is shocked, but not surprised that the opposition UPND has made a huge celebration out of the collapsed Bill 10.
Pf Southern Province spokesperson Trymore Mwenda says the PF in the region has regretted the fall of the Bill, because it was a Bill for the Zambian people.
Mr. Mwenda has told Mafken FM Radio in an interview today, that Bill 10 had many good and progressive clauses.
