Constitutional lawyer John Sangwa has insisted that President Edgar Lungu does not qualify to run for re-election in the 2021 General elections.
Mr. Sangwa has repeated that the Republican constitution is very clear on the eligibility of President Lungu who is automatically disqualified to run for re-election as he has already served two terms in office.
Mr. Sangwa said this when he addressed the media in Lusaka today.
